We can only praise Paul, nothing was to much trouble and any problems that arose he calmly went about putting our minds at rest and found a solution. PDH carried out a Dorma roof conversion for me. They were brilliant and I can not praise them enough. You hear horror stories about bad builders but Paul and his team has given me confidence that there are good honest builders out there. I was so impressed with there work I got PDH to do a garage conversion for my in-laws as I knew I could trust them to do the work properly and with as little fuss and disturbance as they could do. I wish there were more builders out there like Paul and his Team as they are very professional and so friendly and helpful you could not ask for anything more.

•  Side extension to kitchen and sloped roof upgrade to existing flat roof

 

Paul , Neil and the team have shown total commitment and professionalism through out the project. In just over 7 weeks we have gone from an old concrete yard to a fabulous slate roofed kitchen extension doubling our kitchen space. They worked through out some terrible weather to get the build done always here early and often working late. We have an old house which threw a few unexpected challenges at them but every time they were met with a solid solution. Build quality and skills were second to none including fantastic brick matching to 120 year old building and they always tidied up daily.

I cannot speak highly enough of PDH. I felt very lucky to have found them and then that they were available. Nothing was a problem to the team and moreover they made suggestions along the way which were outside the original brief but never changed the original quote. They were always mindful of me being able to carry on living in the property during construction, often beyond requirements. I wish Paul and the rest of the team every success in the future.

PDH have converted our loft and extended the roof with three front dormers and a rear crown roof. This has given us 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Additionally, the ground floor has been remodelled which involved removal of load bearing walls, a chimney and a lot more besides. All of the work has been completed to a very high standard. With a project of this scale, there will be challenges and issues along the way. The way that Paul, Sean and all of their team addressed these points was faultless. All of the people we had on site were respectful to us and out property. Very impressed!

Fencing and landscape rear garden

 

Paul and Dan Replaced rear garden fencing to the sides and the rear, they also removed the existing dead lawn and shrubs along with the weeds and replaced all fence panels, returfed the lawn and screeded the patio area and laid Raj limestone slabs. They turned up each day on time and left the area clean and tidy on a daily basis. They also removed all the rubbish from site. I was delighted with the finished project and would highly reccomend for future work.

New House Build

 

Paul’s work on my house has truly been outstanding. I am a very fussy customer that expects 100% from every tradesman I use for my builds the Team at PDH have honestly worked miracles in a difficult location. The speed and most importantly the quality is 2nd to none. If you decide to go elsewhere more the fool you. He has built an amazing house from the ground up. I wish we had more builders like PDH as the whole build has been a breeze. Best of all we worked as a team and worked through all the problems a large build like ours normally has. This is the second time we have used PDH. They complete a rear extension for us in 2019. As per last time the quality of work has been high - Sean who did the job for us was polite and kept us informed as the job progressed - he was hardworking and the quality of his work was fantastic.
